Purpose and Scope: The Ultra-Care & Premium Care Senior Administrator oversees all scheduling, quoting, billing, and invoicing within the ultra-care administrative group. As well as providing support to managers on resolving technical and processing issues. This position is the first point of contact and support for the department and will work with all internal and external customers to ensure the companies goals and standards are being met.
Responsibilities:
- Functions as the primary conduit for the flow of all, and Premium Care administration between internal and external customer.
- Ensure all billing and invoicing are processed promptly and accurately.
- Ensures the completion of all quoting required for each team for non-contracted service opportunities.
- Provides metrics and setting of KPI's, supporting daily operations and revenue realization.
- Support continuous improvement efforts with the team and promote healthy, respectful communications.
- Receive and review all new ultra-care contracts and ensure they meet the company's acceptable standards and requirements.
- Track and maintain all customer contract records both manually and electronically.
- Maintain battery tracking system FRED currently used by ultra-care. Includes updating, deleting, and developing the system as needed
- Work with the Ultra-Care Supervisor on schedules for technicians and maintain updates as needs change.
- Address customer concerns for internal and external customers regarding contract, billing, and administrative concerns
- Special project billing items such as but not limited to, flooring, electrical and restorations.
- Takes responsibility for maintaining a safe working environment by following safety procedures, and protocols.
- Follow up with Ultra Care admin team to ensure all processes and functions are matching the companies' standards and needs
- Support ultra-care field technicians with FRED and administrative needs.
- Conduct and participate in weekly team meetings with the Ultra Care Admin group.
- All other duties as required.

Education/ Training:
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent Required
- 3+ Years of progressive related experience in a service environment.
Pay: $25/hr
