Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Used Equipment & Rental Administrator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the operations of the used equipment and rental department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of maintaining strong communication with internal departments, sales representatives, and external customers. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage used and rental equipment orders from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer billing
  • Distribute orders to the shop 
  • Support sales representatives by providing timely and accurate information
  • Assist drivers with paperwork, dispatch issues, and general coordination
  • Maintain organized records related to orders, inventory, and billing
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments

Pay: $20-$26/hr
