Position: Junior Project Manager
The Junior Project Manager will assist in managing projects under the supervision of a senior-level manager. The primary contribution is supporting client-focused projects utilizing in-house teams from sales, development, engineering, and construction. This is a role designed for those with some project management experience or relevant educational background, looking to further develop their skills in the construction and renewable energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Relations: Assist in building relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Project Support: Help manage customer needs, schedules, and budgets.
- Preconstruction & Scope: Support project planning, scope development, and design coordination.
- Risk & Safety: Assist in identifying risks and enforcing safety protocols.
- Meetings & Compliance: Participate in project meetings and assist in contract administration.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or project coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000
