Motive - MESSI - Solar
Motive is looking for a highly organized Field Service Coordinator to streamline our scheduling and communication processes. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating contracts, work orders, scheduling our solar technicians and teams, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients. This position is a temp to hire position.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication between field teams, ensuring they have all necessary job details before dispatch.
- Oversee Time Management for Field Services, including labor allocation, timecard tracking, field assignments, and fleet scheduling (for service techs, contractors, etc.).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with customers and teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or service coordination required.
- Manage Vendor Relations: cost estimates, reporting, project allocation, and trackers.
- Review and verify documents for completeness, format, and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with corporate support functions, including Legal, Procurement, Project Management, Human Resources, and Payroll, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have experience in the renewables sector or a service background.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, and visual).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel skills are required.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstrated independent thinking, initiative, and creativity.
- Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team.
- Monitoring clients solar systems and educating them on the system efficiency and productivity.
- Creating and tracking work orders and workflow maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Handling invoicing for all service calls and coordination payments with accounting.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by providing excellent customer support.
- Serving as a liaison between our customers and technicians scheduling and dispatching Service Technicians.
- Answering customers' concerns or service requests regarding their solar products.
- Assist in the warranty transfer process from operations to the service department.
- Coordinate special projects as needed, including research, documentation, reporting and invoicing.
Pay: $22 - $27/hr
