Purpose and Scope: Motive Companies is seeking a Jr. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Field Service Specialist with some experience in Business Central to assist with application implementation, daily user support, and development. Working under the guidance of a senior team member, this role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, providing an excellent opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to develop their expertise in Dynamics 365 while contributing to system improvements and user support. .
Responsibilities:
- Power user in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Field Service, experience with Cases, Work Orders and Schedule Board functionality with an interest in training and supporting users new to the application
- The MS Dynamics Specialist will assist with implementations, create workflows, alerts and reports
- Power App development experience plus
- Exposer to Business Central and project operations a plus.
Skills / Other:
- Still must be a power user
- At least 1 year of MS Dynamics experience
- Solid accounting knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong work ethic, patient and possess a positive attitude
- Communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking and decision-making skills
- Reporting Tool knowledge such as Power BI
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
