We're looking for an experienced Safety Supervisor to lead safety initiatives across multiple sites and projects. This role is hands-on, combining field presence with strategic program management to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and promote a strong safety culture. You'll train employees, oversee inspections, investigate incidents, and work with leadership to maintain the highest safety standards.
What You'll Do:
  • Deliver safety training programs during onboarding and throughout employment.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local safety requirements.
  • Lead investigations into accidents and unsafe conditions; recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage safety reports, OSHA 300 logs, and all required safety records.
  • Collaborate with management, operations, and HR on safety programs, orientations, and ongoing training.
  • Maintain and implement risk management policies, hazard control measures, and emergency response plans.
  • Partner with subcontractors and review pre-qualification documentation to ensure safety compliance.
  • Monitor and enforce site-specific safety plans. (HIIPP/JHA/Code of Safe Work Practices)
  • Manage hazardous materials protocols and coordinate testing and remediation efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and update programs accordingly.
What You'll Bring:
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • OSHA 500, CHST, or Equivalent Certification (preferred but not required)
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, HAZCOM and workplace safety regulations.
  • Skilled in safety audits, accident investigation, and training facilitation.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite; familiarity with virtual training platforms a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Pay: $75,000 - $95,000/yr
