The Payroll Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely data entry to ensure accurate calculation of payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Enters supplied data into computer system.
- Compiling, calculating, tabulating, auditing and verifying information.
- Handles inquiries related to preparation and distribution of payroll.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates.
- Participates in the maintenance of employee records, as appropriate or directed.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Assist on audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
- Identifies updates to payroll software, systems, and procedures.
- Supports the Payroll team by assisting in the Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing Procedures
- Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
- Assist in reviewing time sheets, wage computation and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Provide information to employees/managers on payroll matters; tax issues and related payroll inquiries.

- Solid organizational skills and Deadline-driven.
- Meticulous attention to detail and unerring accuracy.
- Knowledge with ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge with Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Office; Email Software
- Ethical and Trustworthy
Education/ Training:
- High school graduate or equivalent, required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting a plus
- Experienced with using ADP Software and MS Office Suite.
Experience:
- 2-3 Years experience with ADP Workforce Now
Pay: $30-$40/hr
