Motive Infrastructure Solutions - Corona
Purpose and Scope:
The Laborer is responsible for supporting the crew by assisting with the installation and repair of lines and equipment. They gather materials needed to complete daily work at the job site, perform manual labor as needed, and promote a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gathers materials for the job each day and ensures the crew has everything required.
- Safely distributes materials at job site.
- Hand locates existing utilities.
- Hand grades landscape areas.
- Hand digs trenches for conduits.
- Digs, trenches and shores foundations.
- Safely operates construction/jobsite equipment.
- Unlades and replaces and secures equipment, backfill or perform further operation after completion of ditch line digs for gas mains, both new and existing.
- Lifts heavy equipment for installation, when needed.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
- All other duties as required.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
5AM - 1:30 PM
OT When Necessary
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent, required.
- 2+ Years of experience involving labor intensive tasks
- Able to lift atleast 60 lbs.
- Able to go up and down multiple flights of stairs
Compensation: $23/hr
