Purpose and Scope:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for tasks involved with their scheduling, budgeting, communicating, coordinating and documenting items involved with the progress and completion of a project.

Responsibilities:
  • Attends and participates in project design meetings, proposing improvements, as necessary.
  • Evaluates potential problems and technical hitches and develops solutions.
  • Plans and manages team goals, project schedules and incorporates new information.
  • Supervises current projects and coordinates all team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Manages project-related paperwork ensuring all necessary documentation is current, is properly filed and stored.
  • Directs project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
  • Identifies and defines project requirements, scope and objectives with clients.
  • Adheres to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Supports department billing. 
  • All other duties as required

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
*Must be local to Canoga Park*
    Skills / Other:
  • Billing Experience
  • Very strong organizational skills, and able to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibits Team management and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented, even under pressure.
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Education/ Training:
  • High School graduate or equivalent, combined with direct, relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area, preferred.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially excel. 
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics. Prism and Fuse software a plus.

Experience:
  • 3-5 Years of prior, direct experience involving coordination.

Compensation: $20-25/hr
