Purpose and scope:
Our BDR position is a high potential role requiring the demonstrated skills and drive to successfully lead the accounts to consistent and diversified revenue and market share growth.
The position requires the ability to closely work within the accounts at all levels of contact to identify and explore, drive customer engagement, and ultimately transform Motive Energy into a key player within the material handling environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services.
  • Works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.  
  • Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
  • Requires an associate's degree or equivalent.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Education and Training:
  • H.S., A.A, B.A.,

Technical Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Core Sales preferably in a material handling/supply chain capacity
  • Quantified accomplishment in growing account revenue
  • Strong client relationship management skills, good communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in establishing and executing account plans that cover strategies in marketing and sales, relationship development
  • Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving oriented, structured working approach
